You will have full – friendly uniformed staff in their black and Whites.
They will be carving the meats to your guest as they come up to the smorgasbord table.
When your guests have finished eating, our staff will collect the dishes, wash and clean up. Any leftovers you may keep.
All you need to supply are two tables that we can serve from.
Meat choices: Beef, Pork, Chicken. Lamb and other meats also available on request.
Coleslaw: Shredded Cabbage, Carrot, Spring Onion with Mayonnaise Dressing
Potatoe and Mustard Seed Salad: Chat Potatoes, Spring Onion with a seeded mustard mayonnaise
Rice Salad: Traditional rice salad.
Italian Penne Fetta Salad: Penne pasta, sundried tomato, fetta, carrot, celery, cucumber, spring onion in a garlic basil dressing
Chicken Noodle and Bok Choy Salad: Hokkien Noodle, Chicken, Capsicum, Spinach, Bok Choy, onion in a sweet chillie/honey dressing.
Fresh Garden Salad: Mixed lettuce, Fresh tomatoes, cucumber, Spanish onions with an Italian dressing.
