Additionally, we can provide N&M Roast Lamb at an extra cost to be provided at the time of booking.
All meats are carved ready to be served and insulated with heavy-grade foil and foam boxes which will stay hot until you’re ready to serve. All salads are packed ready to be served in serving bowls and packed into foam insulated boxes. All you need to do is to allocate a time for either pick-up or delivery*.

What is the difference between N&M‘s Classic Spitroast Catering and a Cook & Take?
Simply put nothing besides not having staff around to clean up, however, we have made it even easier with the minimal clean-up of only 4-5 salad bowls and that is it.
What is the benefit of not having staff?
Previous to COVID our Cook and Take option was very popular, however, due to the unpredictability of the unfortunate event of staff catching COVID before your event and having to cancel/change plans. We predominately promote and encourage our Cook & Take the option to eliminate possible COVID-19 disruptions when it comes to staffing functions.
Are there a lot of boxes, and how big of a car do I need?
Our N&M Cook and Take Option will fit on any back seat, with enough room to pick-up some more party goods along the way.
